As a business, we believe we have always been more than "just a recruitment company" and the recent requests that we have had from both clients and candidates to perform more of a career consultancy service has cemented this view.

Candidates often ask us to provide advice and training as they deal with redundancy, face the prospect of redundancy and/or reach a crossroads in their career. We also assist with interview preparation, relationship building and tips on how to get the most out of your CV.
