In addition to this we have also been asked by professional bodies to present to their members who are at risk or redundancy or just need some career advice.

- Salary and benefits (backed by a law firm only comprehensive survey we produce every year)
- General support and an honest assessment of a candidate's style and market suitability

In the six months since we launched this service formally we have been asked by five leading law firms to provide bespoke consultancy services of this nature.
Our Client Services
Our approach to legal recruitment is consultative. We will not presume but will take the time to listen. This is important so that time is not wasted and we can advise on what we consider to be the most appropriate recruitment strategy. The principal methodologies we use are:Advertised Selection
This involves the placement of advertisements on your behalf from which we will shortlist suitable candidates for a specific role. We will advise on media selection, copy and production and undertake the screening of candidates, initial interviewing and all candidate administration.Advertised Search
This involves all elements of Advertised Selection, but in addition we will identify, through research and our market knowledge, a 'long list' of potentially suitable individuals to supplement the advertising route. We will proactively present them with details of the role, conduct interviews and then assess their suitability for the final shortlist. This service can be a very useful enhancement to pure advertised selection or pure executive search.Executive Search
This involves extensive research into the marketplace and the identification of suitable candidates within target organisations. This is followed by a discreet approach to a "long list" of candidates with view to gauging interest in the opportunity and conducting subsequent detailed discussion of the role face to face. Following on from this, a shortlist of candidates is drawn up.Database Selection
We will introduce to you candidates that are already registered with us.
