Michelle qualified as a corporate solicitor in 2001 at Rowe & Maw (now Mayer Brown) and moved in-house to Lehman Brothers eighteen months later, where she worked as in-house counsel for two years. Michelle has been with First Counsel for five years and has used her own legal experience and her personal understanding of what it takes to be an in-house lawyer to match candidates to roles successfully in a range of sectors and at all levels.
