Simon joined First Counsel after spending two years with an international recruitment business, recruiting lawyers both in London and within the regions. He began his career in recruitment upon graduation, recruiting for compliance positions within the financial services market.

Simon’s focus at First Counsel is the placement of lawyers into in-house positions, where he thrives on recruiting for a diverse range of businesses across London and the South East.
