Brian will be able to advise you about your CV, salary and benefits you can expect and the interview process before you apply to any roles. Once a strategy has been agreed, applications will be made on your behalf only with your express consent. After the approaches are made, all aspects of the process can be controlled through Brian from arranging interviews (in person and videoconferences), debriefing and relaying feedback post-interview and liaising on offer and acceptance.
Finally, agreeing dates for resignation, relocation and starting your new position will see you successfully in place in your new job.
