General Banking and Finance Lawyer – 4+ years PQE

A leading European provider of financing and financial solutions for asset based companies is seeking an in-house counsel for the London office. You must have at least 4 years’ experience of advising on general banking or financing transactions. Any knowledge of structured finance would be highly advantageous and we will consider applicants with this skill set. You must be an adaptable and confident individual who is able to interact effectively with the business but also work independently and be self-motivated.
