Commercial Lawyer – Sole Counsel - London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to be appointed as sole counsel to a leading market research company. The company has a well established and highly valued business in the UK but is also part of a global organisation so the successful applicant will have a diverse and interesting work load. We are seeking a broad all-round commercial lawyer with at least 4 years’ experience. You must be able to demonstrate a good track record of negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts including supplier terms, consultancy, terms of engagement and co-operation agreements. It will also be necessary to show understanding of IT, data protection, litigation and company secretarial issues. The company offers a friendly and collaborative environment and you will be working closely with the business and the management from day one.
