An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this leading investment bank within their highly regarded EMEA capital markets team. This is an excellent position for a lawyer seeking to work in a front facing role aligned closely with the business teams. The ideal candidate will be an equity capital markets lawyer with at least 4 years PQE gained at a top tier law firm and ideally with time spent in-house within a bank. High level deal experience is essential to this role, and experience in working on deals in France or Germany is highly sought after.
