Advisory Services - turning strategy into results

Interim management is one solution to the problem of drift inside professional service firms.

Project consultancy is another. Advice anchored in deep strategic insight and operational common sense can also help ensure that visionary intent is translated into action and results.

Project consultancy differs from interim management in a number of ways, but chief among them is the fact that the expertise is provided on a specific, stand-alone initiative. The input of the consultant, both strategic and practical, also tends to be required on a more arms-length basis and not generally from within the organisation.
