What can you expect as a candidate?

It is in neither our nor your interest for us to promise the world and then under-deliver, which is why when you contact us as a candidate we will be honest in our assessment of whether we can be of assistance to you. If we think we can help you we will invite you to meet us, face-to-face, at our offices. Only in very rare instances will we not meet a candidate face-to-face, and we think such a meeting is important in order to explore your aspirations, frustrations, cultural sensitivities and your core competencies.

Once we have met you we will agree a way forward which is clearly understood by both parties. It may be that we can help you immediately, but alternatively it may take longer. The perfect role is not always there when you want to move. What is beyond any doubt is that we will work together with you for the right outcome – we will always maintain contact, will always return your calls and we will always be honest and upfront with you.
