What we do

We are specialists in law firm management recruitment. We recruit across marketing/business development, HR, IT, finance, risk and other general management categories. We work at the mid to senior management level. The law firms we work with vary from small boutique firms to large international practices. Our methods of recruitment are simple but effective - advertised retained assignments and/or contingency search. We have developed a strong reputation in the legal market, winning industry recruiter of the year awards and are known for our integrity, the depth of our knowledge and the quality of our advice, our work and our candidates.

Since 2005 we have, following requests from candidates and clients, geared up our team to offer more of an international focus and have also developed good relationships with a small number of non-law firm professional services firms who seek the same calibre of people that we find for law firm clients.

There are now three of us working closely together (all based in London) and we are very proud of our achievements. We love what we do and we do it well.
