My experience as a candidate with First Counsel was an excellent one from start to finish. At all times I was kept fully informed as to the state of play and felt that they really cared about me as a person as opposed to being just one of a large number of applicants to the role. I found First Counsel refreshingly different from the (many) other consultants I dealt with in my job search. My consultant took the time to understand what it was I was looking for and so only contacted me about roles which were genuinely a good potential fit and worth exploring further.
